Return and Refund Policy



Thank you for your purchase. We hope you had a happy experience with Maty’s. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days after the item’s receiving date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



To return a defective item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. We offer free return shipping in United Kingdom with Royal Mail delivery. 

How it’s works?

  1. You send the item back to us (shipping cost will either be paid by us or by the customer). Contact us by email at and upload a tracking number and the payment receipt for the return.
  2. After we received the item (s), we can send you another product(s) or pay the money back including shipping return costs to our warehouse.

Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.

Always process a return in accordance with our Return Policy and Procedure.



If you received an undamaged product but not 100% satisfied with it, please contact us at the customer service email, to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note:

  • Shipping rates for return of product will be paid by the customer.   
  • Item must be in its unused and original condition as when they have received it.   
  • Item should be in its original packaging with tags and labels. 

Failure to meet all of the rules and conditions will automatically forfeit the client's eligibility for return and refund.   



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
