Whether you choose a product using the "Search" field, or navigated through the menu that includes the product categories and subcategories, just click "Add to Cart" next to the product.

The item/s will be automatically directed to your shopping cart, located on the top right of the page. In this section, you can change the amount, cancel or add products and/or change products' variations. Once all desired products are in the basket, click "Checkout".

You have reached the order form. If you are an existing customer of Maty's Fashion, please log in with your username and password. If you are a new customer, please fill in the required fields with your information. Here you will have to enter the billing address, the delivery address (if it is different from the billing one), you will have to select the shipping and payment method, tick the box with terms and conditions and press the order completion button. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

1.To ensure you will receive the package in time, please make sure the shipping address is correct when placing order.

Please make sure that all the details of your order should be finalised before you submit your order.

1. Once your order has been confirmed via email, you cannot add or remove an item from your order anymore.

2. If you find that you placed the wrong colour or size, you can reach out to us through support@maty-fashio.com.

Please note that requesting changes for your order is limited to the following guidelines; Change would still be possible if:

1. An order is still in processing status
2. No promotion has been applied on the order
3. Order changes is applicable to size and colour as long as they have the same price.

1. You can contact us at info@maty-fashio.com to request for cancellation and we will assist you further.

2. Cancelling a Paid Order: It depends on the status of your order. Unfortunately, if your order has been processed and awaiting dispatch or has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel it.

Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out already.

Therefore, please wait for return or for refund. Please do not refuse the delivery.

Orders will go through two phases before delivery:

1. Order processing time:

The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking quality of products.

2. Shipping Time:

The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has been shipped out. Shipping time can vary depending on your location and shipping methods between 7-25 days.

We offer free and standard delivery.

All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through “Tracking Order” link and Special Tracking Number that we will send to customer's email once the order has been fulfilled.

*Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our warehouse and shipping operations, order process and shipping time may be delayed up to 7 additional business days.

14 days to Return if you received a defective item or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the items you have received, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival.

All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Note: Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for return or exchange.

We offer free return shipping in United Kingdom with Royal Mail delivery.

 

How it’s works?

1. You send the item back to us (shipping cost will be either paid by us or by the customer). Contact us by email at support@maty-fashio.com and upload a tracking number and the payment receipt for the return.

2. After we received the item (s), we can send you another product(s) or pay the money back including shipping return costs to our warehouse.

Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your item for return.

Always process a return in accordance with our Return Policy and Procedure.

 

We are human and sometimes we make mistakes, but we strive to mend them as soon as possible so as to minimise the inconveniences it had caused you. We will do everything necessary to replace the product that does not fit, without shipping costs from you, or full refund of its value if you do not want the item to be replaced.

3. After shipping the package, request the "Tracking Number" of the shipment from your Local Post Office.

Remember to inform our Customer Service Representative through email, that you've shipped the package, and provide them with the "Tracking Number".

1. If your order doesn’t include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our website (item’s original price).

2. If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you’ve paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the Refund’s amount, from the original cost of the item.

We never want to send you something that doesn’t fit properly but it may be unavoidable because of slight differences in item sizing between manufacturers so we have size chart available on most of our product pages.

To find out the size for any item, check on the size chart in its Product Details Page.
